Two years ago, on 09 November 2019, I published a post with a video discussing my visit to the incredible cast replicas of Maya stelae which are displayed in the Museum of Man in San Diego (since renamed the "Museum of Us").

On that visit, I encountered a display which discusses artwork found on a lintel at the Maya site of Bonampak, dated to about AD 750 (or, if you prefer, 750 CE) -- artwork which the museum display describes as evidence that the Maya must have been far more warlike and less peace-loving than historians had previously believed, but that conclusion is based on the failure by conventional academia to recognize the overwhelming evidence which shows that the scene from that Maya lintel is celestial in nature, based on the same ancient world-wide system of celestial metaphor which underlies the sacred stories and sacred artwork of cultures around the globe.

I decided to make a new and very short video highlighting the evidence of the celestial foundations of this particular scene. The video is only two minutes long and has no sound -- just some images and text.
